Raines cafe in Helperby, North Yorks kindly hosted an excellent night of readings, anecdotes, questions and answers on Friday this week. We even had a few poems. The enthusiastic audience enjoyed hearing an excerpt from ALL TEACHERS GREAT AND SMALL and it was wonderful that we sold out of signed copies. Thanks to owners Heather and Graham, to Mike Barfield who helped organise the event, and to everyone who ventured out on a yucky wet evening.
